Description
Estoglass series is an high tensile strength sheet of longitudinal oriented continuous glass fiber element which are held in position by lightweight, open mesh scrim. When used in conjunction with a specially developed primer and resin, improves structural performances by strengthening and improving shear strength and deformation properties.

EstoWrap Primer and EstoWrap Resin should be stored on pallets in dry conditions, ensuring a shelf life of 12 months. Extreme weather conditions may reduce this shelf life. Estop offers a wide range of complementary products, including waterstops, waterproofing products, grouts, anchors, and specialized flooring products, as well as products formulated for repair and refurbishment.
Application Instruction
Preparation
Ensure the concrete surface is dry, smooth, and free from debris. Prepare by lightly grit blasting to remove deleterious substances and provide a suitable key. Fill any imperfections with Estorex Putty.
Priming
Apply EstoWrap Primer to the prepared substrate using a stiff brush, working the primer well into the substrate at a coverage rate of 0.3 kg/m2.
Application
Apply the pre-cut Estoglass series Fabric Sheet (up to 4m long) using a rubber or plastic scraper. Roll the fabric with an impregnation roller parallel to the fibers in the carbon sheet. Prepare the impregnation adhesive (Resin) and mix it when the primer adhesive is touch dry. Apply the Resin directly if no primer is needed. Place the glass fiber fabric on the concrete surface, leveling it as designed to ensure no air bubbles.
