Dosage
Typical Mixes :
1. (OPC/PCC : 50) - (Water(L) : 20 - 22) - (Estogrout Admix(gm) : 225) - (Yield(L) : 36).
2. (OPC/PCC : 50) - (5mm Sand (kg) : 50) - (Water (L) 22 - 24) - (Estogrout Admix (gm) : 225) - (Yield (L) : 57)
Mixing
Use a powered mixer. For up to 50kg, a slow-speed drill works; larger amounts need a vane mixer. Ensure continuous mixing. Measure water, add cement, sand (if needed), and Estogrout Admix. Then mix for 5-8 minutes until smooth.
Application
After mixing, prepare the area by ensuring clean. Wait 30 seconds to release air, then place grout within 20 minutes to maximize expansion. Use standard placing or pumping methods for continuous operation.
Curing
After grouting, thoroughly cure all exposed areas not being cut back. Begin after the grout hardens, using continuous water application or a suitable curing membrane like the Estocure product range.
