Description
Estoplate is a Carbon Fiber Laminates Strips, composite material for reinforcement of new and the strengthening of existing structures. The material exhibit excellent resistance towards corrosion and is able to dissipate energy as required in earthquake scenarios. It comes in various thicknesses of carbon strips (mm).

Estoplate Adhesive should be store pallets in dry, covered condition.
Application Instruction
Preparation
Ensure concrete surfaces are dry, smooth, sound, and free from debris, loose material, and contamination. Thoroughly prepare the substrate by lightly grit blasting to remove deleterious substances and provide a suitable key, ensuring all dust and debris are removed.
Adhesive
Stir Estoplate Adhesive components thoroughly before combining. Pour hardener into a mixing vessel, add base resin, and use a heavy-duty drill with a mixing paddle. Mix well, ensuring clean containers. Apply Estoplate Adhesive with a stiff brush, covering at 0.6 kg/m².
