Description
Estowrap 600 is a high tensile strength, high elastic modulus sheet of longitudinal oriented continuous carbon fiber element which are held in position by lightweight, open mesh scrim. FRP material can have as much as 10 times the tensile strength of steel. When used in conjunction with a specially developed primer, improves structural performances by strengthening and improving shear strength and deformation properties.

Store on pallets in dry conditions. EstoWrap Primer has a shelf life of 12 months, If stored in extreme heat condition, the shelf life may be reduced. However, Estowrap 600 Carbon Fiber Sheet have an unlimited shelf life but must be stored in dry condition.
Instruction to Use
Preparation
The concrete surface must be dry, smooth, sound, and free of debris and contamination. Light grit blasting is recommended for thorough preparation, and all dust and debris must be removed before proceeding.
Priming
Thoroughly stir the base and hardener of EstoWrap Primer before mixing. Use a slow-speed, flameproof drill with a mixing paddle. Apply to the prepared surface with a stiff brush at 0.3 kg/m², ensuring full coverage.
Application
Ensure enough materials, manpower, and equipment for application within resin pot life. Mix EstoWrap Resin, apply at 0.6-1.0 kg/m², then press in Estowrap 600 Carbon Fabric. After 30 minutes and within 3 hours, apply a second coat to encapsulate the fabric.
Other Applications
Estowrap 600 provides external reinforcement for concrete, masonry, pipes, tanks, steel, openings, domes, tunnels, and chimneys, and aids in blast mitigation.
