Description
Estocell RBCF is a range of resin bonded cork expansion joint fillers recommended for used in immersed conditions. Estocell RBCF is manufactured from granulated cork bound together with a synthetic resin. It does not contain bitumen or tar and cannot impair the adhesion of any joint sealing compound by contaminating the joint faces.

Store in dry, covered condition.
There are no known health hazards associates with Estocell RBCF in normal use.
Installation Instructions
Estocell RBCF is supplied in piece form. They may be sawn or cut to required sizes. They are used to form and fill expansion joints.
Joint Sealing
Cut with cutters to form the sealing slot. Immersed joints in water retaining structures should include Estopper waterstops.
In Concrete
Fix Estocell RBCF with an approved contact adhesive to the face of the first placed concrete, followed by casting the second pour. Use a strip of soft wood or other former on top of Estocell RBCF to form the sealing slot, which can be removed later.
In Block Work
Fix Estocell RBCF with approved contact adhesive to the first placed concrete, then pour the second concrete. Use a strip of soft wood or other former on top to form the sealing slot, which can be removed later.
