Description
Estocrete HF is a bio-polyol based, monolithic, cementitious polyurethane troweled applied mortar with a thickness of 6-9 mm. It provides excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals, heavy impact and high temperature. It is dense and impervious and provides an anti-slip surface suitable for dry and wet areas where a a robust long-lived floor is required.
Estocrete HF Part A : 2.90 kg
Estocrete HF Part B : 3.00 kg
Estocrete HF Part C : 13.5 kg
Estocrete HF Part D (pigment powder) : 0.6 kg
Estocrete HF Part E (aggregate) : 10 kg
Each set of Estocrete HF will cover approximately as
follows :
• 2.5 m2 for a thickness of 6 mm
• 1.87 m2 for a thickness of 8 mm
• 1.66 m2 for a thickness of 9 mm
Working time is 10-15 minutes at 30oC. All mixed
products must be used within the pot life time limit, if
the product is left in the container after mixing and not
used, it may release hazardous fumes due to
exothermic reaction.
Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight with temperatures between 25 oC – 30 oC.
Application Conditions
Ideal temperature range for best results is 15°C to 30°C. Avoid applying when concrete temperature is below 10°C or ambient humidity exceeds 85%. Dry surfaces affected by high humidity before application.
Surface Preparation
Prepare the surface by grinding or scarifying for strong bonding. Remove dust and loose particles with an industrial vacuum cleaner. Create 8 mm x 8 mm grooves spaced approximately 100 mm apart parallel to walls and doorways, covering up to 20 m², and fill with the same material. Repair substrate imperfections like potholes with Estopatch RSP and fill cracks with Estorex EP 10. Check base flatness for even treatment. Properly cut and maintain all expansion and movement joints. Ensure the surface is dry before applying the primer or scratch coat.
Priming
Estocrete HF is self-priming system. For porous substrate use Estocrete MF Scratch coat. The primer system must be cure before applying next layer.
Mixing
Mix Part A and Part D (Pigment Pack) in a pail for 30 seconds. Add Part B and mix for another 30 seconds. Mix Part C for 30 seconds, then add Part E (aggregate) and blend until the aggregate is thoroughly wetted out. Compact and smooth the mortar with a hand trowel, then roll to saturate the resin. Allow to cure overnight.
