Description
Estoglass 450 is an high tensile strength sheet of longitudinal oriented continuous glass fiber element which are held in position by lightweight, open mesh scrim. When used in conjunction with a specially developed primer and resin, improves structural performances by strengthening and improving shear strength and deformation properties.

Instructions for use
Preparation
Ensure the concrete surface is dry, smooth, sound, and free of debris and loose material, fully cured, and contamination-free. Lightly grit blast to remove deleterious substances and provide a suitable key. Remove all dust and debris. Fill blow holes or imperfections with Estorex Putty or Estocrete WR before applying EstoWrap Primer.
Priming
Stir the base and hardener components of EstoWrap Primer thoroughly before mixing. Pour the hardener into a mixing vessel, add the base resin, and use a heavy-duty, slow-speed drill with a mixing paddle to combine them. Apply the primer to the prepared substrate using a stiff brush, working it well into the surface at a rate of 0.3 kg/m².
Application
Ensure adequate materials, manpower, and equipment are ready to apply EstoWrap Resin within its pot life. Mix as per EstoWrap Primer instructions. Apply resin at 0.6 kg/m² with a roller on the primed surface. Immediately apply the pre-cut Estoglass 450 Fabric Sheet (up to 4m long) using a scraper. Roll fabric with an impregnation roller parallel to the fibers. Apply a second coat of EstoWrap Resin at 0.6 kg/m² within 30 minutes to 3 hours to fully encapsulate the fabric. Finish with Estotect PU once the second coat cures.
