Description
Estogrout FP70 Premix (f) is a high flow and high strength micro concrete which dual impart controlled expansion in the plastic and hardening stage. Estogrout FP70 Premix (f) is a blend of Portland Cement, graded fillers, fibre reinforced and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion in the plastic and hardening state whilst minimising water demand to achieve high strength. The fillers grading is designed to aid uniform mixing and to eliminate segregation under pumping pressures. The low water requirement ensures fast strength gain and long-term durability.

Surface Preparation
Prepare substrates by removing contaminants and loose material. Saturate with water 2-3 hours before grouting, removing standing water before pouring. Cure to prevent drying and shrinkage.
Mixing
Mix Estogrout FP70 Premix (f) with 3.6-3.8 liters of water using a forced-action mixer for 3-5 minutes. Avoid free-fall mixers and partial bags. Ensure continuous mixing and place within 30 minutes.
Curing
Estogrout FP70 Premix (f) must be cured immediately after the formwork is stripped, sprayed with a liquid curing membrane such as Estocure P.
Cleaning
Estogrout FP70 Premix (f) should be removed from tools, equipment and mixers with clean water immediately after use. Cured material can only be removed mechanically.

Storage
Estogrout FP70 Premix (f) should be stored on pallets in dry conditions. Under these conditions, the product will have a shelf life of 12 months.
Precaution
Estogrout FP70 Premix (f) should not be in contact with skin and eyes. Avoid inhalation of dust during mixing. Wear gloves, goggles and dust mask.
