Description
Estogrout MP 50 Premix multipurpose micro concrete is formulated to provide good flexural and compressive strength performance. Estogrout MP 50 Premix is a blend of Portland Cement, graded fillers and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion in the plastic state whilst minimising water demand to achieve high strength.
Application Instructions
Foundation Surface
The substrate must be sound, clean, and free from oil, grease, and loose material. Clean bolt holes and fixings. Pre-soak with water to aid bonding.
Base Plate
It is essential that this is clean and free from oil, grease or scale. Air pressure relief holes should be provided to allow venting of any isolated high spots.
Formwork
All formwork used for grouting should be leak proof. This can be achieved by sealing the joints/gap between formworks with a foam rubber strip or sealant.
Mixing Water
The quantity of clean water required to be added to a 30 kg bag of Estogrout MP 50 Premix to achieve the desired flowable consistency is 3.1 — 3.3 litres.
Placing
The mixed material should be placed within 30 minutes of mixing in order to gain the full benefit of fluidity and of the expansion process.
Curing
Estogrout MP 50 premix must be cured immediately after the formwork is stripped, sprayed with a liquid curing membrane such as Estocure P.

Storage
Estogrout MP 50 Premix should be stored on pallets in dry conditions. Under these conditions the product will have a shelf life of 12 months.
Precaution
Estogrout MP 50 Premix is alkaline and should not in contact with skin and eyes. Avoid inhalation of dust during mixing. Glovers, goggles and dust mask should be worn.
