Description
Estgrout MP70 Premix is a high performance micro concrete which impart controlled expansion in the plastic stage, supplied as a ready to use, blend of dry powder and 3mm to 10mm Graded agregate. Estogrout MP70 Premix is a blend of Portland Cement, graded fillers and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion in the plastic state whilst minimising water demand to achieve high strength. The fillers grading is designed to aid uniform mixing and to eliminate segregation under pumping pressures. The low water requirement ensures fast strength gain and longterm durability.

Application Instructions Preparation
Minimize the unrestrained repair surface. The formwork should have drainage for pre-soaking and air venting if beneath a soffit. Provide access points for pouring or pumping micro-concrete. Ensure the substrate is clean and roughened if not breaking out. Fully expose and clean corroded steel, using grit-blasting and high-pressure washing if chlorides are present.
Substrate Priming
Substrates should be saturated by filling the prepared formwork with clean water. Prior to the application of Estop Microcrete any excess water should be removed.
Mixing
Mix Estogrout MP70 Premix with 3.7–3.9 liters of water for 3-5 minutes using a slow-speed drill and a forced-action mixer. Avoid free-fall mixers and part bags. Ensure continuous placement.
Placing
The mixed material should be placed within 30 minutes of mixing in order to gain the full benefit of fluidity and of the expansion process.
Curing
Leave formwork until Estogrout MP 70 Premix reaches 10N/mm² or as specified. Cure Estop Microcrete immediately.
Limitation
Estogrout MP70 Premix is not suitable to be used for unrestrained grouting.
Additional Information
