Should be stored on pallets in dry conditions. Under
these conditions the products will have a shelf life of
12 months. If stored in extreme heat locations the shelf life may
be reduced.
Application Instruction
Surface Preparation
1. Allow the new surfaces to dry out completely.
2. Remove all loose or defective paint by thorough
brushing and scrapping.
3. Crack should be repair.
4. Surface must be rough with abrasive paper.
5. A good surface preparation is improve
performance / life service.
Instruction for Use
1. Stir well before use for uniform color and homogeneity.
2. Apply Estokote AC as a primer diluted with water in a 1:1 ratio. Wa
it until dry, approximately 30–45 minutes.3. Apply Estokote AC as the main coat. It is recommended to apply two layers for better results.
4. Apply the first coat of Estokote AC using a roller or brush.
5. Wait for 1–1.5 hours (touch dry) and apply the second coat with the same dosage.
