Description
Estokote Flexi is two component polymer modified waterproof membrane which is supplied in ready mix kits. When mixed, an easily brushable coating is produced. It can simply be applied by a stiff brush, roller, or trowel to obtain the desired thickness.
Estokote Flexi consists of special synthetic resin dispersion and a blend of selected cements, graded hard wearing aggregates and additives supplied in powder form to provide exceptional adhesion resiliency, flexibility, toughness and durability.

Application Instruction
Preparation
Surfaces for Estokote Flexi coating must be clean and free from oil, grease, wax, dirt, or any other contaminants that could affect adhesion. Remove spalled and deeply disintegrated concrete to sound concrete and repair as needed.
Mixing
Pour Estokote Flexi liquid concentrate into the metal drum and mix with a slow-speed drill (350 – 450 rpm), gradually adding the powder component to avoid lumps. Mix for 4 – 5 minutes until smooth. Use within the recommended pot life.
Application
Dampen the surface before applying Estokote Flexi with a brush in one or two slurry coats. Ensure the substrate is leveled and repaired for trowel application, applying to the recommended thickness. Use two coats of 1 mm thickness for general resurfacing and light foot traffic areas, and apply additional coatings for moderate to heavy pedestrian areas. Adjust the liquid consistency with water at temperatures above 27 °C to achieve the desired thickness and reinforce areas prone to cracking like movement and contraction joints with fabric.
Cleaning
Estokote Flexi should be removed from tools and equipment immediately after use with clean water. Hardener material can only be removed mechanically.
Over Coating
Allow the coating to cure for 3 days before applying subsequent coats. For overcoating with non-cementitious materials, consult Estop Technical Department.
Protection
Protect the fresh waterproof coating from rain, dirt, and mechanical damage during construction. Use a protective screed to safeguard waterproofing on floors.
