Description
Estopatch FSR Premix is a single-component, non-structural cementitious mortar that requires only water on-site. It has low permeability for restoring interior and exterior concrete elements and slabs, ideal for use in forms or horizontal applications. When combined with Estobond SBR bonding agent, it ensures strong adhesion to existing concrete and is suitable for both large and small area applications due to its shrinkage-compensated properties.

Storage
Estopatch FSR Premix should be stored in dry and covered condition. The product has a shelf life of 12 months in an unopened container. If stored in extreme heat condition, the shelf life may be reduced.
Estopatch FSR Premix is non-toxic. It is slightly alkaline; therefore, skin contact shall be avoided. Wear gloves and protective clothing.
Application Instruction
Preparation
Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dust, oil, grease, paint, and corrosion deposits. Use steam cleaning, detergent, or a stain degreaser for oil and grease. Use compressed air if necessary. Spray or soak the surface with water before applying Estopatch FSR Premix for better bonding. Saw-cut repair edges to 5mm and blow out loose dust with dry, oil-free compressed air.
Priming
Prime all surfaces before repair. Reinforcing steel should be primed with galvanized protective coating or epoxy primer to prevent further corrosion. Soak or coat all concrete surfaces with primer, ensuring no standing water. Use Estobond SBR bonding agent on concrete, scrubbing it in; it will dry in about an hour. Apply Estopatch FSR Premix while Estobond SBR is still tacky.
Mixing
Thoroughly mix Estopatch FSR Premix before use in a forced action pan mixer or a slow-speed drill (500rpm) with a spiral paddle for one bag or more. Add 3.4 - 3.6 liters of water per 30 kg bag. Consumption varies, typically 22-23 kg/m² per 10mm thickness on normal flat surfaces.
Application
Apply Estopatch FSR Premix to all surfaces using a wood float for positive contact with the primed substrate, initially with tamping or compacting action. Finish with a wood or steel trowel after 2 hours to achieve the desired surface smoothness. The layer thickness can range from 40mm to 100mm.
Curing
Estopatch FSR Premix, a cementitious repair mortar, must be cured immediately after application as per standard concrete practices. Estocure P curing compound is recommended. Clean tools with water immediately after use; cured material must be removed mechanically.
