Clean the surface, removing dust, unsound materials, oil, paint, grease, and corrosion. Use steam cleaning, detergent, or degreaser for oil and grease. Use compressed air to remove dust. Wet the surface before applying Estopatch FSR. Saw cut repair edges to 5mm and blow out dust with compressed air.
Priming
Prime all surfaces before repair. Use a galvanized or epoxy primer on reinforcing steel. Soak or prime concrete surfaces, ensuring no standing water. Apply Estobond SBR bonding agent on concrete and let it dry for an hour. Apply Estopatch FSR while Estobond SBR is still tacky.

Thoroughly mix Estopatch FSR before use. Use a forced action pan mixer or a speed drill (>500rpm) with a spiral paddle for one bag or more. Add 3.8 - 4.5 liters of water per 25 kg bag.
