Estoseal C200PF (SL) : 12 Kg per set
EstoPrimer PF : 14 Kg per Pail
The Estoseal C200PF(SL) shows excellent adhesion for Concrete Pavement, Al panel, stone, glass, PVC, or wood. However, as new construction material materials appear and the material surface treatment method varies, some materials may cause poor adhesion or discoloration.
Application Method
Joint Design
Estoseal C200PF(SL) suits 20-50 mm wide joints, with a minimum depth of 20 mm for bonding. Ensure joints accommodate movement, and the width-to-depth ratio doesn't exceed 1:1.
Preparation
Remove oil, grease, dust, and frost from the surface with a solvent-soaked cloth (e.g., MEK or IPA), then wipe off the remaining solvent with a clean cloth. Avoid using detergent or water.
Backup Material Filling
The backup material shall be polyethylene which does not absorb water and which is 3 to 4mm larger than the joint width. It shall be installed with a uniform depth without puncture or damage.
Masking Tape
Fix masking tape on both sides of the target material around the joint if necessary.
Tools
Use a rubber knife to finish the surface smoothly before the sealant surface is cured.
Primer
Priming is essential for bonding and durability. Use Estoprimer PF: apply once on non-porous surfaces and 2-3 times on porous ones. Ensure primer is dry before applying the sealant.
Remove Masking Tape
Remove the masking tape before the cured film is formed after finish.
Sealant Filling
Start sealant at joints or edges, apply tightly, and remove masking tape right after tooling. Apply within the manual's time frame and avoid disturbing the sealant during cleanup.
Curing
Avoid contact with the sealant until fully cured. Protect it from rain, dust, and shock, and keep it fixed until cured.
