Each set of Estotect N 905 will cover approximately 0.5 Litre/ m2 @500 microns. Coverage rate is calculated based on a smooth surface and may vary based on the substrate roughness and other conditions.
Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight with
temperatures between 25 oC – 30 oC.
Application Instruction
Surface Preparation
Ensure surfaces are at least 28 days old with moisture content below 4%. Clean thoroughly to remove dirt, oil, and dust for proper adhesion. Repair any imperfections or blow holes with epoxy before application.
Mixing
Pour all of component B into component A and mix at low speed for about 3 minutes until a uniform color is achieved. It is recommended to use a slow-speed electric drill for thorough mixing.
Placing
Apply Estotect N 905 immediately for an even coat. Use a brush, roller, or spray, and apply a second coat on time. For extra thickness, embed glass fiber cloth in the first coat.
Cleaning
Before hardening/ drying, immediately clean the tool and equipment with thinner or proper solvent.
Limitations
Do not apply if moisture content exceeds 4%, or with rising damp, osmosis, or humidity above 75%. Avoid application below 5°C or with humidity over 90%. Estotect N 905 may change color but remains effective. Not for expansion joints.
Safety Precautions
Component A irritates skin and eyes; Component B is corrosive. Use gloves, eyewear, and work in a ventilated area. Rinse and seek medical help if contact occurs. Avoid environmental disposal. Apply immediately after mixing. For details, see the Safety Data Sheet.
